We honestly could not have asked for a better realtor than Everett Green. We happened to end up working with Everett for this purchase, and now that we've closed, I'm genuinely so thankful we did.
Everett was incredibly organized, knowledgeable, proactive, and on top of every detail from beginning to end. I never had to wonder whether something was being handled or follow up with him to make sure it got done. He stayed in communication with the title company, followed up with the survey company when we experienced delays, kept us informed, and made sure the entire process continued moving forward.
His follow-through especially stood out to me. If Everett said he was going to check on something, he did. If something needed attention, he was usually already working on it. Even when things were outside of his control, he stayed ahead of them and made the entire process feel organized and manageable.
