Beaumont Parks & Recreation: For the past six years, Vivian has served as Chairman of Beaumont’s Parks & Rec Advisory Committee. Right now, she is actively working to launch a new Friends of the Parks initiative—a dedicated effort to assist in raising vital funds and community support to ensure local green spaces thrive for generations to come.
Animal Rescue Advocacy: Driven by a deep passion to be a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves, Vivian is a dedicated donor and champion for Beaumont Animal Care, collaborating with local rescue groups to save four-legged lives every day.
Texas Coastal Conservation: Carrying on a personal legacy passed down from her mother, Vivian serves on the NPCA Texas Regional Board. In this role, she actively collaborates alongside congressional members on a bill to secure an official NPS Lone Star Coastal designation for the upper Texas coast.
Upholding Real Estate Ethics: Vivian brings that same fierce dedication to industry integrity, serving six years on the Texas REALTORS Professional Standards committee to participate in ethics hearings, mediate as an Ombudsman, and promote professional standards.
