About Renee

Renee Lacey-Carantza, AIA GRI, has lived and worked in Montgomery and Harris County for most of her life. She has deep roots in the community, being a fourth generation Houstonian who grew up on the north side. Renee is a licensed architect and has added another credential by becoming a licensed realtor. This creates a unique perspective and knowledge base that she provides to her clients, adding another layer when clients need help evaluating a home, land, lot site, building plans, or new construction.

Renee and her husband Chris, the director of Construction for a restaurant company, enjoy designing and upgrading their home, weaving their combined knowledge together to create a place they love, and traveling.
